Tankey signs on for 4th consecutive year in charge of Bulldogs Senior Women!

Brothers Bulldogs would like to announce that Felicity Tankey has signed on for her 4th consecutive year in charge of our senior women’s team.

In speaking with Bundaberg Today, Tankey said they had big retention from last year with a collective feeling of there being “loose ends to tie up” and some unfinished business.

Tankey said they were all keen at coming back to have a crack at the flag.

“It’s been within our reach the last couple of seasons, just through a little bit of bad luck and things like that with injuries – I don’t mean to put it all on that but, I think the girls know they’ve got what it takes and we’ve just got to fine tune it, really concentrate and lift our game a bit, and have another crack at it,” she said.

As they hunt for the flag, Tankey said for anyone thinking about joining it’s “definitely a train you want to jump on”.

“Everyone’s positive, everyone’s happy and looking forward to it,” she said.
