Mitchell Wester – Senior Debut v Bay Power – 5.4.25
Mitch started junior footy in 2016 & has come through the grades, making several Reserves appearances in 2024 and was rewarded with a senior debut last week against Bay Power. It’s great to have a number of young kids now coming through into the senior ranks & we’ll have a few more debut throughout the year without doubt. Congratulations Mitch & we’re sure there’s plenty more senior games to come.
Leon Black – Senior Men’s Debut v Pomona Demons – 12.4.25
After making his debut for the Bulldogs in 2022, Leon and his family made the move to Bundaberg full-time the next season, with Leon making 26 appearances across the U14’s & U17’s in 2023.
A powerful ruck/midfield who has excelled at every level he’s played at from Lions Academy to NTFL.
We can’t be prouder of Leon’s efforts and look forward to many more senior appearances.
