Club stalwart Shane Brady set to play 250th game against Waves! 27.7.24

Congratulations to club stalwart Shane Brady who will play his 250th game for the club this Saturday against the Waves Eagles.

Many of us know Shane for his off-field contribution at the club which includes multiple years coaching (current U14’s Coach), Youth Coordinator/Committee member, organising club events & so much more.

However, his service to the club on the field has slipped by without recognition in terms of games played until this point. After starting at Brothers Bulldogs in 2010, Shane has been a loyal servant of the mighty Bulldogs ever since. During the lean years he’s often doubled up from Reserves to Seniors without question. In addition, Shane has amassed a pretty impressive list of achievements throughout his playing career. This includes:

✅ Tied 1st – 2022 AFL Wide Bay Reserves B & F (Coulthard Medal)
✅ 2016 Reserves Club B&F
✅ Reserves Captain (multiple years)
✅ 4 x Reserves Premiership Player

Shane also informs us that he’s currently sitting on 99 goals heading into Saturday’s clash against the Eagles.
